Identify the product and supply format
Shade nets, weed control fabric, shade sails and clear rain covers serve different purposes. Name the product and whether you need rolls, cut pieces or finished goods such as hemmed and eyeleted panels, and attach an existing sample or reference image.
List specifications, quantities and customization
For each item, list color, finished size or roll width and length, finishing locations, quantity, labels and packing. Break mixed orders down by specification and quantity; mark uncertain performance requirements as open questions instead of treating common market figures as the order's specification.
Add destination and delivery information
For export inquiries, add the destination country or port, carton-mark requirements, export-packing needs and the trade term requested for the quotation. Final price, shipping, lead time and payment terms should be confirmed in the formal quotation and order.
